MHADA Lottery 2024: Luxury Apartments Ranging from ₹29 Lakh to ₹7.58 Crore Available in Mumbai Draw

The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) lottery is offering 2030 apartments this year. It announced luxurious High Income Group flats priced between ₹1 crore and ₹7.58 crore in locations such as Tardeo, Goregaon, Malad, Borivali, Mulund, and Juhu.

The most expensive unit is priced at ₹7.57 crore, located in the Tardeo area of South Mumbai and spanning over 1,500 sqft. This apartment, situated on a higher floor, is ready for occupancy and offers views of the Mahalaxmi Racecourse as well as the sea, according to the documents.

MHADA’s 3 BHK unit priced at ₹1.33 crore and measuring over 900 sq ft is anticipated to be the most sought-after option. These units, categorized under High Income Group (HIG), are being offered for the first time with modern amenities such as swimming pools, EV-car charging stations, and solar panels.

The MHADA lottery 2024 features a combination of apartments that are currently under construction, alongside a substantial number of units that are ready for possession.

The apartment in Goregaon, priced at ₹1.33 crore, has a Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) deadline set for December 2024.

Additionally, there are several apartments available in the Economic Weaker Section (EWS) and Lower Income Group (LIG) categories. These units are priced between ₹29 lakh and ₹1 crore and are situated in locations such as Mankhurd, Vikhroli, Borivali, Kandivali, and Malad.

In conjunction with this, numerous apartments in the Mid Income Group (MIG) and High Income Group (HIG) categories are available, with prices ranging from ₹1 crore to ₹7.57 crore, located in areas like Goregaon, Malad, Borivali, Mulund, Juhu, and Tardeo.

MHADA began accepting applications on August 9, with the deadline set for September 4 at 11:45 PM. The results for the MHADA lottery 2024 will be announced on September 13 at 11 AM.

As per MHADA officials, the application process for the MHADA lottery 2024 is entirely online, allowing homebuyers to track lottery-related updates via the official website at https://housing.mhada.gov.in/.

Additionally, MHADA has launched a mobile application where applicants need to register. Upon successful registration on the app, individuals can apply for the MHADA lottery 2024.

According to MHADA guidelines, families with an annual income of up to ₹6 lakh are eligible to apply for homes in the EWS category. Those with an income between ₹6 lakh and ₹9 lakh can apply in the LIG category.

Families earning between ₹9 lakh and ₹12 lakh can apply under the MIG category, while those with an annual income exceeding ₹12 lakh can apply for the HIG category.
